“I have been within the industry for a while and Ecotrans Australia was basically an extension to the previous business. We offer a service of construction / heavy waste removal and recycling and it’s been two years now since the start of Ecotrans Australia. I previously owned a used Kanga before starting Ecotrans and have been happy with it ever since. As the business expanded to 3 trucks and 6 employees, I was after some reliable equipment, which is why I decided to purchase another two DT835’s. In total we now have the two 8 Series models and a Kanga Kid, which all operate up to 3 hours daily. We use the machines to remove the heavy waste on site with a 4in1 bucket and occasionally a grapple bucket.
I am very satisfied with the machine and have tried different brands in the last few years. The thing that strikes me about the Kanga is the exceptional pin height, which is never high enough on other machines of this type. Besides the tallest pin, I am extremely satisfied with the service and product support. Warranty issues are dealt with straight away and the servicing is great and quick. When I had to get one of my machines serviced, I didn’t miss out on any work, because I got given a substitute Kanga during that time. A big shout out to the dealership and Rob and Steve, who have always been very accommodating.”
